Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Atremo Studios, the company that makes Reposed. They cover the Reposed app and this website. By using Reposed, you agree to them.

Your account

• You must be at least 13 to use Reposed. If you're under 18, you need a parent's or guardian's permission.
• Keep your sign-in safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account.

Your photos and results

• You keep the rights to the photos you upload. You let us store and process them, and send them to our AI providers, only to run Reposed for you.
• Only upload photos you have the right to use. If other people are in a photo, you need their permission.
• We don't claim ownership of what you generate. You can use your results however you like, as long as you follow these terms and the law.

What you can't do

• Generate nude or sexual images, or anything that sexualizes someone under 18.
• Use photos of other people without their permission, or make images meant to deceive, harass, or impersonate anyone.
• Break the law or violate anyone's rights, like copyright or privacy.
• Get around our limits, safety filters, or payments, or copy, overload, or abuse Reposed.

We can remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

AI results

Reposed's results come from AI and can be unexpected. A result may not match the pose or look exactly like you, and safety filters sometimes block ordinary photos. If a generation fails, its coins come back automatically. If a result is bad, give it a thumbs down in the app and we'll review it for a refund of its coins.

Coins

• You spend coins on generations and other features. Coins aren't money or property. They have no cash value, and you can't sell them, transfer them, or exchange them for cash.
• Coins don't expire, but you lose them if you delete your account or we close it for breaking these terms.
• We may change how many coins things cost.

Buying coins

• In the app, Apple handles payments under its own terms. To ask for a refund of an App Store purchase, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
• On this website, Stripe handles payments, in US dollars. We add the coins to your account as soon as you pay, so a purchase is final once they're added, except where the law gives you a right to a refund. If something went wrong, email us.
• If a payment is refunded or disputed, we take back its coins, even if that leaves your balance below zero.

Reposed Pro

Reposed Pro is a subscription you buy through Apple. It renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. To manage or cancel it, open Settings on your iPhone, tap your name, then tap Subscriptions. While you're a member, generations cost fewer coins, and you get 1,500 coins for each month you pay for. Those coins stay yours after Pro ends. The app shows the price and what you get before you subscribe.

Other services

Reposed lets you connect Pinterest, paste Pinterest and Instagram links, and sign in with Apple or Google. Those companies' own terms apply to their services, and we're not responsible for them. Apple's standard license agreement for apps also applies to the Reposed app.

Changes and ending

We may change Reposed or these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in the app or on this site, and using Reposed after that means you accept it. You can stop using Reposed and delete your account at any time.

Disclaimers

We provide Reposed as is, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. We can't promise it will always work or give you the results you want.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if that's more.
